Our fees are an exceptional value. Some law firms charge more, some less. However, few provide as much value for the money. All clients are provided with a fee and cost estimate before work begins. If the case is completed under budget, clients receive a refund. No case work is undertaken beyond the initial budget without client authorization. Expenses are billed at cost.

- ATTORNEY TIME:
- Principal Attorney: $175/hour.
- Associate Attorney: $125/hour
- Paralegal: $65/hour
- TRAVEL/ADMINISTRATIVE/WAIT TIME: $50/hour.
- EXPENSES: Billed at cost, except for mileage, which is billed at current IRS rates (50 cents a mile for 2010).
A retainer fee based on projected time to complete your case is required. Clients may limit the case work to a specified budget or number of hours, as necessary.
